OUR PROGRAM WAS DESIGNED FOR UNDERREPRESENTED FACULTY AND TO HELP FACULTY GET MENTORSHIP BEYOND THEIR INSTITUTIONS.ON A WEEKLY BASIS, A CURRENT TENURED FACULTY LEADS A SMALL GROUP SESSION WITH FOUR FACULTY MEMBERS ENABLING THEM TO GET MENTORSHIP AND COMMUNICATE IN A SAFE, INCLUSIVE SPACE.
